Flashing for Twin Wall Insulated Stove Flue Pipes and Chimneys

The twin wall stove pipe flashing we provide comes in two options. You have flashing with excess Aluminium around the base and you have a flashing cone. 

The flashing with the lead is primarily used on slate or tiled roofs. The flashing cone is primarily for flat roofs lined in felt, metal or fibreglass. 

This flashing for twin wall stove flue pipes can fit stove pipes ranging from 160mm to 300mm.

How to apply stove pipe flashing with lead:

Ensure the rubber cone piece is cut to the correct size to fit over your pipe and create a tight seal, use the tab on the flashing or a Stanley knife. Remove the tiles from around the area where the stove flue flashing is going. Apply silicone to the back of the flashing. Its best to use the Vitcas heat resistant silicone. Apply a fraction of Fairy Liquid to the rubber section of the flashing. This will enable it to slide down the twin wall flue easier. Return the tiles to their original position. Cut and adjust tiles for a perfect fit.

If you have ordered multiple items, best efforts will be made to dispatch items together. If the case arises that we are waiting for stock to complete an order, we will not dispatch until all items are together. 

If you are availing of our fitting service, delivery is included. Your items will be collected and brought straight to your door by the fitters.
