Vitcas 310ml Tube of Heat Resistant Board Adhesive

Vitcas Board Adhesive is a heat resistant adhesive designed for sealing joints in Vermiculite Board, High Temperature Plasterboard, Fireplace Construction Board, and other insulation and fireproof boards. Resistant up to 1350°C.

Ready mixed high temperature adhesive for use with insulation boards, vermiculite boards, high temperature plasterboards and construction boards. Primarily for the joints between boards. The material can be used to fix boards to brickwork, block work etc as long as the wall is flat and the gap does not exceed 5mm otherwise Vitcas HB60 can be used.

Uses of Vitcas Board Adhesive

• Can be used for insulation boards, vermiculite boards, construction boards & high temperature plasterboards

• For the jointing between boards

• For fixing the board to brickwork or blockwork where the wall is flat and gaps do not exceed 5mm

Application of Vitcas Board Adhesive

Make sure the area is clean and that all dirt, dust and grease is removed. Cut off the top of the cartridge, screw on the nozzle and cut the nozzle to the required size. Apply to the area to be filled using a cartridge gun. Smooth the surface with a clean scraper. The material will set faster when warm.

If you have ordered multiple items, best efforts will be made to dispatch items together. If the case arises that we are waiting for stock to complete an order, we will not dispatch until all items are together.

If you are availing of our fitting service, delivery is included. Your items will be collected and brought straight to your door by the fitters.
