Double Skinned Flexible Flue Liner 904L Coils and Kits for Chimneys
Flexi Liners are a perfect solution for reusing an older chimney. By relining the old clay flues, you're eliminating existing cracks that may have occurred over time. Adding the flexible flue liner to your stove can also improve the draught or speed in which the fumes exhaust up the liner.
Fay Fireplaces and stoves offer these flexible flue liners in either kits or on their own in coils. The diameters range from 125mm to 150mm and lengths from 6m to 12m.
Flexi liners are available in two grades, 316L and 904L. The 316 and 904 Flexible Flue Liners are constructed from stainless steel. There's no visible difference between them. The difference is their resistance to sulphur and their warranties. The 316L chimney liner has 10 years manufacture's warranty, while the 904L chimney liner has 25 years manufacture's warranty. Our flexible flue liners are also CE approved.
904L Flexible Flue Liner Specifications
The flue liner has a smooth inner liner made from 316L and 920L grade stainless steel and is 0.105mm thick. The flue liner has a convoluted outer skin made from 316L stainless steel and is 0.105mm thick. The Flue Liner is constructed from a single strip of steel which is bent at 180 degrees and then the seam is folded in four planes to give a Omega-Lock seal.
The system is soot fire resistant, it is designated for wet operating and its maximal working temperature is 600 °C.
Flexi-liner is suitable for use with burning gas, oil, coal, cured dry logs and cured dry peat.

Large items / orders such as pallets, once dispatched, take between 2-5 Working days to arrive.

If you have ordered multiple items, best efforts will be made to dispatch items together. If the case arises that we are waiting for stock to complete an order, we will not dispatch until all items are together.
If you are availing of our fitting service, delivery is included. Your items will be collected and brought straight to your door by the fitters.

Flexible Flue liners should always be installed by a professional.
Once an item is unpacked and an attempt has been made to push it down a chimney, we cannot accept return of the goods, as its deemed to be used and could have suffered damage. Double check your measurements before installation.
