The SLE40i is one of the most innovative and realistic electric fires available on the market. The SLE40i features itronic 3D effect technology for an ultra-realistic flame effect. The combination of dimensional flame patterns and glowing log fuel bed give an ambient feel and the illusion of a deeper fire. The SLE40i Trim and Fret design imitates a traditional looking fire, with the false grate and ash tray covering.
The SLE40i has a 1-2kW heat output and is available with a range of complimentary fireframes, trims and frets to choose from.
Supplied with an infrared remote control as standard, the SLE40i has been designed and manufactured with optimal controllability, enabling you to turn the fire on and off from the comfort of your armchair, set the desired temperature and adjust the brightness of the flames and fuel bed to suit your mood.
The SLE40i contemporary insert electric fire features a 7 day programmer for efficient and automatic control.

Fay Fireplaces and Stoves Deliveries
Fay Fireplaces and Stoves aim to pack and dispatch orders the same day if received before 12pm. This is subject to stock availability.
Once your item is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email or text with your item's tracking number.
Small items, once dispatched, take between 1-3 Working days to arrive.
Medium items, once dispatched, take between 1-3 working days to arrive.
Oversized items, once dispatched, take between 1-3 working days to arrive.
Large items / orders such as pallets, once dispatched, take between 2-5 Working days to arrive.

If you have ordered multiple items, best efforts will be made to dispatch items together. If the case arises that we are waiting for stock to complete an order, we will not dispatch until all items are together.
If you are availing of our fitting service, delivery is included. Your items will be collected and brought straight to your door by the fitters.

Electric Fire Warranty
Comes with a standard 1 year parts and labour warranty.
Your Solution Fire is guaranteed against any part that fails (under normal operating conditions) for a one year period from the date of installation of the appliance. If the unit is not installed within six months of date of purchase, the
warranty will commence six months from the date of purchase. If Fay Fireplaces and Stoves is not fitting the fire, then warranty starts from the date of sale.
All warranty claims must be reported to the Fay Fireplaces and Stoves in writing via email. Warranty issues must be submitted with the product serial number, date of purchase, proof of purchase and details of the specific nature of the problem.
The warranty is given only to the original consumer/purchaser only and is non-transferable. The appliance must be installed by a suitable qualified person and installed as per the requirements of the manual. Failure to comply with the Installation Requirements or Building Regulations will void your warranty. Solution Fires reserve the right to replace any part due to manufacturing defect that fails within the warranty period under the terms of the warranty. The unit must be used for normal domestic purposes only and in accordance with manufacturer's operation instructions.
The warranty does not cover:
- Bulbs and Batteries.
- Special, incidental or consequential damages, injury to persons or Property, or any other consequential loss.
- Any issue caused by negligence, misuse, abuse or circumstances beyond Solution Fire's control.
- Any issue with wear and tear, modification, alteration, or servicing by anyone other than an authorized service engineer.
- Damage resulting from installation & usage where the appliance has not been installed or used in accordance with the installation or operation instructions or if the installation does not conform to local building, fire & safety regulations.
- Damage caused to the unit while in transit.
- Damage caused by storing the unit in a damp, unheated environment.
- Aesthetic damage & missing parts on units purchased off display.
- Removal & re-installation costs.
