Vitcas Heat Resistant Tile Adhesive is a ready mixed tile adhesive specially formulated for use high temperature conditions where ordinary tile cements are inadequate for the long term retention of tiles.

Uses of Vitcas Tile Adhesive

• Fixing tiles in areas subject to high temperatures, such as fire surrounds, behind boilers, ranges, cookers and radiators.
• Repairing tiles that have fallen off the wall / chimney breast
• Tile Adhesive can also be used with stone, granite, marble and slate but heavy items must be physically supported.

Application of Victas Tile Adhesive

Vitcas Heat Resistant Tile Adhesive should be used straight from the tub / tube having stirred the contents into a smooth paste.
Apply the tile adhesive with a tile comb or trowel straight onto the wall. Press the tiles into a 3mm bed of the heat resistant tile adhesive. The tile adhesive will normally dry overnight but it is beneficial if the joint can be heated to some degree. When applying on fresh cement or plaster surfaces, it is important to seal the surface using Victas PVA adhesive sealer before applying the adhesive, otherwise bonding may be impaired. Its also best to apply this fire resistant tile adhesive to a wall free of paint. If there's paint on the wall, its recommended to score it first.  If using porous tiles, marble, granite or slate it essential to seal the back surface with Vitcas PVA Adhesive Sealer.
Surplus Heat Resistant Tile Adhesive must be removed immediately from any tile surfaces with a damp cloth.

Tile Adhesive MUST BE completely set before grouting.
For internal use only, for external applications use Vitcas HB60.

Not to be used as a grout. For grouting use VITCAS Heat Resistant Tile Grout

Once your item is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email or text with your item's tracking number.

Small items, once dispatched take between 1-3 days to arrive.

Large items / orders such as pallets, once dispatched take between 2-4 days to arrive.

If you have ordered multiple items, best efforts will be made to dispatch items together. If the case arises that we are waiting for stock to complete an order, we will not dispatch until all items are together.

If you are availing of our fitting service, delivery is included. Your items will be collected and brought straight to your door by the fitters.
